A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF AUBURN FINANCE DIRECTOR TO
PAY SEVENTY-FIVE DOLLARS PER VISIT ONCE A WEEK TO ANNIE
MCDONALD, R.N., TO PROVIDE MEDICAL SCREENING OF PRISONERS AT
THE AUBURN CITY JAIL EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 1994.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON,
HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Effective January 1, 1994, the Auburn Finance
Director is herewith authorized to pay Seventy-five Dollars
($75.00) per visit, once a week, to ANNIE McDONALD, R.N., to
provide medical screening of prisoners at the Auburn City
Jail, as required by the City of Auburn Jail Standards and
Auburn City Code Chapter 1.18.
Section 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement
such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry
out the directives of this legislation.
