A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT 'FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES WITH BLACK AND VEATCH FOR
ENGINEERING SERVICES RELATED TO THE DEVELOPMENT AND
IMPLEMENTATION OF A WATER CONSERVATION PLAN.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, IN A
REGULAR MEETING DULY ASSEMBLED, HEREWITH RESOLVES THAT:
Section 1. The Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of
Auburn, Washington, are herewith authorized to an Agreement for
Professional Services with Black and Veatch to provide
engineering services related the development and implementation
of a Water Conservation Plan. A copy of said Agreement for
Professional Services is attached hereto and denominated as
Exhibit "A".
Section 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such
administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry out the
directives of this legislation.
