A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE AN EASEMENT AGREEMENT WITH PUGET SOUND ENERGY
TO FURNISH AND INSTALL ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM FOR
WORK ORDER NUMBER PSE ELECTRICAL WO. #105006212 FOR THE
AUBURN MUNICIPAL AIRPORT.
WHEREAS, Puget Sound Energy currently distributes electricity within
the City of Auburn; and
WHEREAS, the City of Auburn is making improvements and installing
infrastructure for a hangar construction project at Auburn Municipal Airport; and
WHEREAS, Puget Sound Energy (PSE) will be installing the
underground electrical service to the hangar site; and
WHEREAS, Puget Sound Energy is requesting an easement for the
purpose of accessing, installation, alterations, changes, new construction and
maintenance on electrical services.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, IN A REGULAR MEETING DULY ASSEMBLED, HEREWITH
RESOLVES THAT:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Auburn are herewith
authorized to execute an Underground Conversion Agreement with Puget
Resolution No. 3112

Sound Energy to furnish and install electrical service on the new hangar site at
Auburn Municipal Airport. A copy of said Easement is attached hereto and
denominated as Exhibit "A" and a copy of said Agreement is attached hereto
and denominated as Exhibit "B" and incorporated by reference in this
Resolution.
Section 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such
administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directives of
this legislation.

I have read the attached information and agree to conform with all items included therein.
I have reviewed the engineering layout on the-enclosed work sketch and have advised
PSE's Project Manager of any changes that need to be made. I warrant that the
construction route will be cleared, brought to final grade, and will be free of all
obstructions. I further wan'ant that all rights-of-way, easements, and property lines have
been clearly and accurately delineated along the construction route.
Upon Owner / Representative signature below, PSE shall have the right to construct,
operate, maintain, repair, replace, enlarge and extend the electric or gas systems to be
located on Owner's property. Owner agrees to maintain a minimum of five feet horizontal
clearance or greater if required by code, between the electric or gas system and buildings
or other improvements on the Owner's property.
I agree to inspect the project after PSE has completed its construction. If the work
performed is not to my satisfaction, I will notify PSE within two weeks of Construction
completion. Otherwise PSE may consider the work completed to my satisfaction.
