A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
AUBURN, WASHINGTON, AMENDING THE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION
OF FIRE FIGHTERS' LOCAL #1352 CLERICAL AND SUPPORT
STAFF UNIT, AUTHORIZED BY RESOLUTION NO. 2977
ADOPTED JUNE 15, 1998, TO PROVIDE FOR A WAGE
INCREASE FOR THE YEAR 2000.
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 2977 on June 15,
1998, authorizing the execution of an Agreement between the City and the
International Association of Fire Fighters' Local #1352 Clerical and Support
Staff Unit, effective July 1, 1998 through December 31, 2000; and
WHEREAS, the Agreement betWeen the City and Local #1352 Clerical
and Support Staff provided for a "Wage Only Opener" on or before June 1,
1999; and
WHEREAS, the City and Local #1352 Clerical and Support Staff have
reached agreement on the wage increase to be effective January 1, 2000.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, IN A
REGULAR MEETING DULY ASSEMBLED, HEREWITH RESOLVES THAT:
Section 1. The Agreement between the City and the International
Association of Fire Fighters' Local #1352 Clerical Support Staff Unit, July 1,
1998 through December 31, 2000 is amended to provide for a three (3.0%)

base wage increase applied to the 1999 base wage as listed in Appendix
"A" of the Agreement.
Section 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such
administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directives of
this legislation.
