A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE AUBURN RESPITE PROGRAM TO
PROVIDE SERVICES TO AUBURN RESIDENTS DURING THE YEAR 2000.
WHEREAS, the AUBURN RESPITE PROGRAM provides a valuable
service to the City of Auburn and its residents through the provision of adult day
care services for low income Auburn residents. and
WHEREAS, the City is interested in continuing support of the adult day
care services for low income Auburn residents.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
KING COUNTY, WASHINGTON, IN A REGULAR MEETING DULY
ASSEMBLED, HEREWITH RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Auburn, Washington,
are hereby authorized to execute the Agreement for services between the CITY
OF AUBURN and the AUBURN RESPITE PROGRAM to provide adult day care
services. A copy of said Agreement denominated as Exhibit "A" is attached
hereto and incorporated herein.
Section 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such
administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directives of
this legislation.
