A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO AMEND
THE YEAR 2000 AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF AUBURN AND THE
AUBURN FOOD BANK, REMOVING THE PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY
COVERAGE IN THE AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the AUBURN FOOD BANK has provided proof of
comprehensive general liability insurance as required by the year 2000
agreement; and
WHEREAS, the AUBURN FOOD BANK does not provide professional
services the requirement for professional liability coverage has been removed
from the Agreement
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, IN A
REGULAR MEETING DULY ASSEMBLED, HEREWITH RESOLVES THAT:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Auburn are herewith
authorized to enter into an Amended Agreement between the City of Auburn
and AUBURN FOOD BANK, a local non-profit charitable organization, to
provide food to isolated, frail and low income City of Auburn seniors for the year
2000. A copy of said Amended Agreement is attached hereto and
denominated Exhibit "A".

Section 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such
administrative procedures as may be necessary to'carry out the directives of
this legislation,'
