A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE A TEMPORARY SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY
OF AUBURN AND ACCOUNTEMPS TO PROCURE TEMPORARY STAFF
FROM JUNE 1,2000 TO JUNE 1,2001.
WHEREAS, the Finance Department has prepared a work load forecast
for 2000; and
WHEREAS, the City has need to continue the use of temporary
personnel to meet current and projected work loads from time to time.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
KING COUNTY, WASHINGTON, IN A REGULAR MEETING DULY
ASSEMBLED, HEREWITH RESOLVES THAT:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Auburn are herewith
authorized to execute a Temporary Services Agreement betweer~ the City of
Auburn and accountemps, to procure temporary staff from June 1, 2000 to
June 1, 2001. A copy of said Agreement is attached hereto and denominated-
Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein.
Section 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such
administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directives of
this legislation.
