A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
INTERGOVERNMENTAL DISPOSITION OF PROPERTY AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF PACIFIC, THE CITY OF ALGONA AND THE CITY
OF AUBURN FOR THE DISPOSITION OF CERTAIN COMPUTERS AND
ASSOCIATED SOFTWARE AND AUTHORIZING THE DISPOSITION OF
REMAINING PROPERTY TO OTHER GROUPS.
WHEREAS, current computer hardware will not run updated versions of
City-owned software; and
WHEREAS, the computers we will surplus can be utilized by other cities
and non-profit groups; and
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, IN A REGULAR MEETING DULY ASSEMBLED, HEREWITH
RESOLVES THAT:
Section 1. The Mayor of the City of Auburn is herewith authorized to
convert declared surplus items for the donation of certain property, i.e.,
computers and software which are no longer compatible with the city's current
application standards, but can be successfully used by the City of Algona (1),
the City of Pacific (1) and charitable organizations: Computers4Kids, Computer
Charity Bank.

Section 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such
administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directives of
this legislation.
