A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, KING
COUNTY, WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE A DISPOSITION OF PROPERTY AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE AUBURN
SCHOOL DISTRICT AND THE CITY OF AUBURN FOR THE DISPOSITION OF
CERTAIN MOBILE DATA TERMINALS (MDT'S).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, IN A
REGULAR MEETING DULY ASSEMBLED, HEREWITH RESOLVES THAT:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Auburn are herewith
authorized to execute an Agreement between the Auburn School District and the City of
Auburn for the disposition of Mobile Data Transmitters (MDT's) which have been
replaced by laptop computers but can be successfully used by Auburn School District.
A copy of said Agreement is attached hereto and denominated exhibit "A" and
incorporated herein.
Section 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such administrative
procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directives of this legislation.

DISPOSITION OF PROPERTY AGREEMENT FOR THE TRANSFER OF
MDTS WITH SERIAL NOS. 523SOS0055, 314SVG0725, AND 3142FG0728
Pursuant to the Disposition of Property Act codified as RCW 39.33, this
Agreement is made and entered into the day specified below by and between
the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation in the State of Washington,
situated in King County, Washington, hereinafter referred to as "AUBURN", and
the AUBURN SCHOOL DISTRICT, situated in King County, Washington.
Section 1. PURPOSE.
AUBURN has three (3) MDT's with Serial Numbers 523SOS0055,
314SVG0725, and 3142FG0728 which have been replaced with laptop
computers and are no longer of use to the Auburn Police Department, but can
be successfully used by the AUBURN SCHOOL DISTRICT. AUBURN is, thus,
desirous of transferring said MDTs to the AUBURN SCHOOL DISTRICT as
provided in RCW 39.33.010.
Section 2. TERMS.
AUBURN hereby agrees to transfer to the AUBURN SCHOOL DISTRICT
the three (3) MDT's with Serial Numbers 523SOS0055, 314SVG0725, and
3142FG0728. The AUBURN SCHOOL DISTRICT agrees to pick up and
remove said MDTs from the AUBURN POLICE DEPARTMENT.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF THE CITY OF AUBURN and the AUBURN
SCHOOL DISTRICT have caused this Agreement to be executed this 1Lj day
