A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, AMENDING
RESOLUTION 3265, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK OF THE
CITY' OF AUBURN, TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT
WITH BONNIE TOURS TO ACT AS TRAVEL AGENT FOR THE CITY'S SENIOR
CENTER PROGRAM TO CHANGE THE DATES OF THE HERITAGE OF
AMERICA TRIP.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 3265, passed October 2, 2000, approved the
authorization of a contract with Bonnie Tours to act as travel agent for the City's Senior
Center Program; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to change the dates of the trip from April 27, 2001 -
May 6, 2001 to April 20, 2001 - April 29, 2001;
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, IN A
REGULAR MEETING DULY ASSEMBLED, HEREBY RESOLVES THAT:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Auburn, Washington,
are hereby authorized to execute an Amendment to the Agreement with Bonnie Tours
for the purpose of changing the dates of the 1 O-day Heritage of America tour for the
City's Senior Center Program to April 20, 2001 - April 29, 2001. A copy of said
Amendment is attached hereto, denominated as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof as
though set forth in full herein.
Section 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such
administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directives of this
legislation.

AGREEMENT AMENDMENT
THIS AMENDMENT to Resolution 3265 is made and entered into this f day of
February, 2001, by and between the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation of the State of
Washington, whose address is 25 West Main Street, Auburn, Washington 98001, herein referred
to as "CITY", and BONNIE TOURS, whose address is 6556 - 47th Avenue Noaheast, (Post
Office Box 15991), Seattle, Washington 98115, herein referred to as "BONNIE".
The parties agree to amend Section No. 1. - PURPOSE to read:
The purpose of this agreement is to retain BONNIE to serve as a travel
agent for a Heritage of America Tour package, from April 20, 2001 to April 29,
2001, for the CITY'S Senior Center Program,.
All other terms and conditions of the AGREEMENT remain in full force and effect.
