A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT FOR TELEPHONE SERVTCES BETWEEN THE CITY OF AUBURN AND
QWEST BUSINESS AND GOVERNMENT SERVICES FOR THE PURPOSE OF
MAINTAINING THE CITY'S TELEPHONE SYSTEM.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, IN A
REGULAR MEETING, DULY ASSEMBLED, HEREWITH RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Auburn are hereby
authorized to execute an Agreement for Telephone System Maintenance Services
between the City and Qwest Business and Government Services for the purpose
of maintaining the City's telephone system. A copy of said Agreement is
attached hereto, designated as Exhibit "A" and incorporated by reference in this
Resolution.
Section 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such
administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directives of this
legislation.
