A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING CERTAIN ADMINISTRATIVE
AMENDMENTS TO THE "MUSEUM SERVICES AGREEMENT" APPROVED
BY RESOLUTION 2340.
WHEREAS, at a regular meeting of the Auburn City Council held
December 15, 1997 the council adopted Resolution No. 2340 approving the
execution of a Museum Services Agreement between the City of Auburn and
the White River Valley Historical Society; and
WHEREAS, the City of Auburn, together with the White River Valley
Historical Society, did purchase the 60-acre Olson Farm property; and
WHEREAS, the proposed amendments are administrative; and
WHEREAS, it is of mutual interest to the City of Auburn and the White
River Valley Historical Society to approve the proposed amendments to the
Museum Services Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
KING COUNTY, WASHINGTON, IN A REGULAR MEETING DULY
ASSEMBLED, HEREWITH RESOLVES THAT:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Auburn, Washington
are herewith authorized to execute the amendments to the "Museum Services
Agreement" approved by Resolution 2340 as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached
Resolution No. 3356

hereto and incorporated herOin by this reference. All other terms and
conditions of the original agreement approved by Resolution 2340 remain in
full force and effect.
Section 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such
administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directions of
this legislation.
