A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE A LEASE WITH HANGARS UNLIMITED FOR A GROUND LEASE
AT THE AUBURN MUNICIPAL AIRPORT.
WHEREAS, the City of Auburn operates the Auburn Municipal Airport for
the benefit of the community and residents, and.
WHEREAS, the Airport Master Plan encourages the development of
aviation-related services on available land at the airport, and
WHEREAS, the City has used local resources and Federal grant funding
to make improvements required by new aviation-related development, and
WHEREAS, the City has negotiated a ground lease with Hangars
Unlimited, whereby they will develop specified property to support business and
aircraft support activities, and
WHEREAS, the City and Hangars Unlimited have negotiated a lease for
said property.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, IN A REGULAR MEETING DULY ASSEMBLED, HEREWITH
RESOLVES THAT:
Section 1. The Mayor of the City of Auburn is herewith authorized to
execute ground lease between the City of Auburn and Hangars Unlimited. A

copy of said ground lease is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated
herein by this reference.
Section 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such
administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directives of
this legislation. ~
