HomeMy WebLinkAbout3394RESOLUTION NO. 3 3 9 4 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, AMENDING RESOLUTION 3279, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO THE INTERGOVERNMENTAL DISPOSITION OF PROPERTY AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PACIFIC, THE CITY OF ALGONA AND THE CITY OF AUBURN FOR THE DISPOSITION OF CERTAIN COMPUTERS AND ASSOCIATED SOFTWARE AND AUTHORIZING THE DISPOSITION OR REMAINING PROPERTY TO OTHER GROUPS AND OTHER NONPROFIT CHARITABLE ORGANZIATIONS. WHEREAS, Resolution No. 3279, passed November 20, 2000, approved the authorization of an Intergovernmental Disposition of Property Agreement between the City of Pacific, the City of Algona, and the City of Auburn, and; WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the Agreement to incorporate other local non profit organizations. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, IN A REGULAR MEETING DULY ASSEMBLED, HEREBY RESOLVES THAT: Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Auburn, Washington, are hereby authorized to execute an Amendment to the Intergovernmental Disposition of Property Agreement between the City of Pacific, the City of Algona, and the City of Auburn for the purpose of including other local non profit organizations in the donation of certain property, i.e., computers and software which are no longer compatible with the City's current application standards. Resolution No. 3394 October 10, 2001 Page 1 Section 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directives of this legislation.
