A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, FIXING A
TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING ON THE FINAL ASSESSMENT ROLL
FOR LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 250, AND DIRECTING THAT
NOTICE THEREOF BE GIVEN IN THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW
WHEREAS, the final assessment roll for Local Improvement District No. 250, which
was created and established by Ordinance No. 5821 passed by the City Council on
January 5, 2004, has been prepared as provided by law and is on file with the City Clerk,
and it is necessary to fix the date for a hearing thereon before the City Council; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, that the public hearing on the final assessment roll for Local Improvement
District No. 250 will be held before the City Council at 7:30 p.m., local time, in the Council
Chambers, City Hall, 25 West Main Street, Auburn, Washington on March 1, 2004. The
City Clerk is instructed to cause notice to be given both by mailing and publication as
required by law.
The foregoing resolution was ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Auburn,
Washington, at a regular open public meeting thereof~ruary 2004.
