A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
AUBURN, WASHINGTON DECLARING CERTAIN ITEMS

WHEREAS, the Legal Department and Public Works Department has a number
of items which are no longer of use to the department; and
WHEREAS, it would be appropriate to surplus the property and dispose of it by

WHEREAS, the Legal Department also uses numerous video tapes in
connection with prosecution of cases involving police in-car video recording equipment,

disposal.
