HomeMy WebLinkAbout3933 RESOLUTION NO.3 9 3 3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DECLARING CERTAIN ITEMS OF PROPERTY AS SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING THEIR DISPOSAL WHEREAS, the Information Services Department has a number of items which are obsolete or non-repairable; and WHEREAS, it would be appropriate to surplus the property and dispose of it by auction or other sale mechanism, or to dispose of it, in whole or in part, through gift to another governmental agency or an appropriate charitable non- profit entity, as deemed most expedient by the Mayor. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the property identified below is declared to be surplus, and the Mayor is authorized to dispose of and convey such property through appropriate sale or donation to another governmental agency or charitable non- profit entity. 1. 13 Monitors (non repairable) 2. 3 Personal Fax Machines (non repairable) 3. 3 PC's w/o hard drives (obsolete) 4. 10 Printers (obsolete/non repairable) 5. 1 Scanner (non repairable) 6. 1 Stainless Steel Hutch Section 2. The Mayor of the City of Auburn is hereby authorized to implement such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directions of this resolution.
