RESOLUTION NO.4 3 3 6
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
AUBURN, WASHINGTON DECLARING CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY AS SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING ITS
DISPOSAL
WHEREAS, the City of Auburn had previously purchased some real property
intended for right-of-way and storm drainage for South 277th Street Project; and
WHEREAS, the City of Auburn has completed that portion of the South 277th Street
Project, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a portion of the property is no longer
needed by the City for municipal purposes; and
WHEREAS, in light of this determination, it would be appropriate to surplus and sell
the real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON HEREBY RESOLVES as follows:
Section 1. Purpose. That the portion of real property is located at the corner
of B Street NW and 50th Street NW which is legally described in Exhibit A attached hereto
is hereby declared as surplus.
Section 2. Implementation. That the Mayor is authorized to sell said surplus
portion of the property and to implement such administrative procedures as may be
necessary to carry out the directives of this legislation.

Section 3. Effective Date. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in full
force upon passage and signatures hereon.

Thence northeasterly to a point on the east line of said Lot 13 located at "B" Street
