A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, FIXING A TIME
AND PLACE FOR HEARING ON THE FINAL
ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR LOCAL IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT NO. 350, AND DIRECTING THAT
NOTICE THEREOF BE GIVEN IN THE MANNER
REQUIRED BY LAW
WHEREAS, the final assessment roll for Local Improvement District No.
350, which was created and established by Ordinance No. 6111, passed by the
City Council on August 6, 2007, has been prepared and provided by law and is
on file with the City Clerk; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to state law, it is necessary to fix the date for a
hearing thereon before the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES as follows:
Section 1. Purpose. That the public hearing on the final assessment
roll for Local Improvement District No. 350 shall be held before the City Council
at 7:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, on Tuesday,
January 20, 2009, in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 25 West Main Street,
Auburn, Washington.
Section 2. Implementation. That the City Clerk is directed to cause
notice to be given both by mailing and publication as required by law.
Section 3. Effective Date. That this Resolution shall be in full force
and effect upon passage and signatures thereon.
