accept construction of Project No. C203B, Auburn Station Commercial Improvements, Phase II.
Background Summagr :
This project finished five of the six remaining spaces to an "office standard" at the Auburn Station Garage.
Work included demising walls, acoustical ceilings, lighting, mechanical and electrical distribution, an
additional storefront, and floor finishes.
$120,577 remains in the 2004 project budget for future development of the remaining unfinished room at
the Auburn Station Garage.
