Background Summary: The Legal Department has converted its primary source of legal reference materials from hard -bound books to electronic format. Due to the space limitations in the Legal Department and the reliance on electronic research tools, it is in the best interest of the City to surplus and dispose of the hard -bound law books. Resolution No. 3767 authorizes the surplus and the disposal of the books through sale or donation to another governmental agency or non-profit entity. NOW, THEREFORE, F E, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON N HEI E RESOLVES as follows: fiction 1.
