Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Community Development
Committee and Public Works Committee will conduct a joint special meeting on
Friday, July 17, 2009 for the purpose of participating in a tour of existing
developments facilitated by the Master Builders Association of King and
Snohomish Counties. The tour is anticipated to occur between 8:30 a.m. and
12:00 p.m. and will originate from the Auburn City Hall located at 25 West Main
Street, Auburn, WA 98001. The Committees may visit the following other existing
developments in the metropolitan area depending on time availability to review
site design issues including but not limited to street grade design: Highlands at
Woodbrook I& II & Woodbrook I& I I, an existing development in unincorporated
King County and Woodridge at North Creek, an existing development in the City
of Bothell, WA.
