Project C412B0 - Bird Viewing Tower Physical Completion * i Summary: Approve Final Pay Estimate #7 to Small Works Contract 08-21 in the amount of $508.70, for a total contract price of $158,018.09 with C Tucker LLC Construction and accept construction of Project No. C412B0, Auburn Bird Viewing Tower. IV. ACTION There are no items for Committee action. V. DISCUSSION A. Water Use Efficiency Program (Thorn - 10 minutes) Summary: Take public comment on the water use efficiency program goals and measures. B. Agency Draft Comprehensive Water Plan (Lamothe -15 minutes) Summary: Staff will take Committee's written comments and answer questions on the Plan provided earlier to Committee for review. C. Ordinance No. 6251 - Amendments to ACC 13.48, Storm Drainage Utility *(Thorn -10 minutes) Summary: Discussion of amendments to ACC 13.48 - Storm Drainage Utility to bring the chapter into compliance with requirements of the Western Washington Phase II Municipal Stormwater Permit. D. Ordinance No. 6253 - Amendments to Chapter 18.04 - Definitions and Chapter 18.26 - C-1 Light Commercial District *(Snyder - 20 minutes) Summary: Establishment of a new definition for Mixed Use Development and amendments to Sections 18.26.020 (Permitted Uses) and 18.26.030 (Uses Requiring Permit) of the Auburn City Code. E. Population Targets (Baker -15 minutes) Summary: Discuss the most recent communications with Suburban Cities Association about population targets and obtain direction for proceeding forward. F. Signage * Summary: Staff is looking for direction from council about allowing businesses additional signage beyond that currently allowed by code. This allowance is being proposed because of numerous requests from businesses to stimulate revenue.
