the following described real estate, situated in the County of Ki ng,~ 1
State of Washington including any interest therein which grantor may hereafter acquire:
FOR STREET PURPOSES
A strip of land 60 ft. wide lying in Section 6, Township-21 N,
Range 5 East, of the W.M., King County, Washington, the center
line of said strip described as follows:
Beginning at the NW corner of the William Brannan Donation Claim
No. 37, thence S 100713011 E 759.10 ft. along the west line of
said D.L.C.; thence N 8805015511 E 561.837 ft. on a line that is
parallel with the North line of said D.L.C. and to the True Point
of Beginning; thence N 8805015511 E 555.16 ft. on a line parallel
with the north line and to a point that is III71'east from the
west line of said D.L.C. and to the end of the 60 ft. wide strip.
THIS IS A CORRECTION DEED FOR INSTRUMENT DATED MAY 150, 1967,
