for and in consideration of One Dollar and Other Valuable Consideration
conveys and quit claims to City of Auburn, a Municipal Corporation
the following described real estate, situated in the County of King State of Washington,
together with all after acquired title of the grantor(s) therein:
All that portion of the following described tract of land lying westerly of a
line drawn parallel with and 36 feet easterly, when measured at right angles and
radially from the centerline of Auburn Way North and extending from the North
boundary of said tract to a point opposite station 157 + 13.35 and a line drawn
17 feet radially from a point 53 feet easterly of station 157 + 13.35 of Auburn
Way North and extending from a point opposite station 157 + 13.35 to the South
boundary of said tract:
That portion of the Harvey-H-. _Jones -Donation-Claim Na.- 39;, Township 21 North,
Range 5 East, W.M., in Ki'ng-County; Washington; described--as follows:
Beginning at a point on the East line of said Donation Claim; which is 7 chains.
92 links South of the Northeast corner thereof and running thence West 11 chains
4 links to the center of Kent-Auburn County Road; thence South along the center
of said Kent-Auburn County Road 12 chains 13 links; thence East 11 chains 4 links
to the East line of said Donation Claim; thence North along said East line 12
chains 13 links to the place of beginning;
EXCEPT the North 7 acres thereof;
EXCEPT the West 30 feet for Kent-Auburn County Road;
EXCEPT the East 80 feet of the South 200 feet.
