THE GRANTOR DON J. SCALARA, a single man
for and in consideration of One and no/100 Dollars
conveys and quit claims to CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation
the following described real estate, situated in the County of King
together with all after acquired title of the grantor(s) therein:
FOR STREET PURPOSES
The West 30 feet
AND
The East 5 feet of the following described property:
State of Washington,
That portion of the Harvey H. Jones Donation Claim No. 39 in Section 6,
Township 21 North, Range 5 E.W.M. described as follows: Beginning at a
point on the west marginal line of P.S.H. No. 5 (East Valley Hwy.)
989.55 feet South of the North line of the Sj of said H. H. Jones Donation
Claim, said point being on the North line of the Bonneville Power Easement
and marked by a concrete monument; thence S 89°08045" West along said
North line B.P. easement 497.11 feet; thence S 0055030" E 462.5 feet;
thence N 89108045" E 497.38 feet to the aforesaid west marginal line of
P.S. H. No. 5; thence N 0057030" W 462.5 feet to the point beginning.
Situate in the County of King, State of Washington.
