the following descrihed real estate, Situated in the County of KING State of Washington,
together with all after acquire(] title of the grantor(s) therein:
AN EASEMENT FOR A WATER TRANSMISSION LINE over, under and
across the following described real estate:
The east 240 feet of the north 10 feet and the west 10
feet of the east 250 feet of the north 25 feet of the
following:
Beginning at a point on the west line of Harvey H.
Jones Donation Claim No. 39, in Section 6, Township 21
NOrth, Range 5 East, W.M., in King County, WA, that is
835 feet north of the southwest corner of said donation claim;
THENCE east 431.5 feet on a line parallel with the north
line of 30th Street N. E. to the West line of "C" Street
N. E.; THENCE north on said line 100 feet; THENCE west on a
line parallel with the north line of 30th street N. E., 431.5
feet to the west line of the Harvey H. Jones Donation Claim
No. 39; THENCE south on said line 100 feet to the
point of beginning RESERVING unto the grantor the right to use said
real estate for any purpose that will not interfere with said water transmission line.
