This deed is given to correct the Statutory Warranty Deed between the Green River Golf & Country Club as grantor and the City of Auburn as grantee for the same real property, which.deed was executed on the 20th day of June, 1968 and recorded under Auditor's File No,. 7 records of King County, Washington, the correction being to add a recital herein as follows: "This conveyance is made in consideration of money coming in whole or in part from the Outdoor Recreation account of the general fund of the State of Washington. The purchaser takes subject to the obligations of the project agreement contract between it and the Washington State Interagency Committee for Outdoor Recreation dated March 22, 1968, copies of which are in possession of the purchaser and the Interagency Committee.
