Code (ACC) 12.04.050.
WHEREAS the City has an existing water easement for the, purpose of an
8-inch water main crossing that certain property in Auburn, Washington, known as
Assessor's Tax Parcel# 936000-0100, King County, Washington, whtch e~x ~ting water
easement is recorded under King County Recording No. 8701081349 (*,",Easement").
WHEREAS the City has determined that this Easement is in excess aF-City needs
and should be relinquished.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City hereby:
Relinquishes, vacates and forever abandons this Easement, Recording
No. 8701081349, described on Exhibit `A' and `B', attached hereto and by this
reference made a part hereof.
