Modifications, to Superior Asphalt on their low bid of $36,922.86 plus Washington State sales tax of
$3,507.67 for a total contract price of $40,430.53.
Background Summary:
The project will modify vehicular parking at the Justice Center to provide a secure parking lot for
detective's vehicles, provide parking stalls for command staff vehicles, and to modify the existing
employee parking lot along D Street SE to be a more secured fenced lot.
Construction is anticipated to start in September 2009 and be complete by October 2009.
A project budget contingency of $2,483 remains in the 117 fund.
