IV. JOINT SESSION WITH HUMAN SERVICES COMMITTEE (15 minutes)
The Committee and Human Services Manager Michael Hursh will provide an annual update
of the Committee's work to date and briefly describe some of the issues that presently
contribute to the need of human services work in the greater Auburn area. In addition, an
update on the progress of the Human Services Center and a brief synopsis of the City's
contracted agencies will be provided by staff. '
V. DISCUSSION
A. ACC Chapter 12.04 Related to Engineering Standards (Gaub - 5 minutes) ~
Summary: Proposed changes to provide correction and clarification of the documents
that make up the City's Engineering Design and Construction Standards.
B. ACC Chapter 13.40 Related to Facility Extensions (Gaub - 5 minutes) *
Summary: Proposed changes to provide clarification of what improvements require a
Facility Extension agreement for development.
C. 1% for Art (Rose - 20 minutes) *
Summary: Percent for Art Resolution 4323 suggested addition/changes; Art in Public
Places Policy, Procedure & Art Plan Document.
D. Comprehensive Transportation Plan-Capital Roadway Projects
(Goodman - 20 minutes) *
Summary: Discuss proposed capital roadway projects to address capacity and safety
concerns on corridors around the City, with a focus on the Lea Hill and West Hill areas.
E. 2009 Draft Comprehensive Sewer Plan (Elwell -15 minutes)
Summary: Staff will take Committee's written comments and answer questions on the
plan provided earlier to Committee for review.
