THE GRANTOR Auburn School District No. 408 of King County
for and in consideration of $1.00 and other good and valuable con-
-,D sideration conveys and-quit claims to City of Auburn the fallowing
described real estate, situated in the County of King, State of O

Washington, including any interest therein which grantor may here-
after acquire:
A strip of.land in the S2 of Section 6 and the N1 of
Section 7 in Township 21 North, Range 5 East, W.M., in
King County, Washington, described as follows:.
Beginning at the S.W. corner of the N2 of Wm. H. Brannan
Donation Claim No. 37; thence Ely along the South line of
said Nz a distance of 780 feet; thence N 0°19'50" W a
distance of 678 feet to the true point of beginning thence
East a distance of 1,183.29 feet; thence N 31°46'0E a
distance of 121,78 feet; thence N 0°19'50" W a distance
of 575.52 feet; thence West a distance of.1,248 feet;
thence S 0°19'50" E a distance of 30 feet; thence East a
distance of 1,215 feet; thence S 0°19'50" E a distance of
438.17 feet; thence along an arc of a curve to the right,
having a radius of 143.81 feet a distance of 80.56 feet;
thence S 31°46'04" W a distance of 121.48 feet; thence West
a.-distance.of- 1.,133..48 feet; thence S 0°19'50" E a distance
of 30.0 feet to the true point of beginning.
