Beginning at the N.E. corner of the S 1/2 of the William Brannan Donation
Land Claim No. 37 situated in Sec. 7, Township 21 North, Range 5 EWM,
thence southerly along the easterly boundaries of said Donation Land Claim
45 feet to the true point of beginning; thence westerly along a line
parallel to the North boundary of the S 1/2 of said Donation Land Claim
794.47 feet to the westerly margin of M St. N.E.; thence southerly along
said westerly margin 5.feet.; thence easterly along a .line parallel to the
North boundary of the South 1/2 of said Donation Land Claim 794.47 Feet
to a point on the easterly boundary of said Donation Land Claim, said
point being the N.W. corner of Lot 1, Block A, Green River Garden, Division
No. 1, per plat recorded in Vol. 82 of Plats at page 36, records of King
County, Washington; thence northerly along the easterly margin of said
Donation Land Claim 5 feet to the point of beginning.
