Botting, husband and wife, residents of Auburn, Washington, for and in consideration of one 01.00) Dollar t.40 ) convey and quit claim to the City of Auburn, a city of the third class, situate in the County of King, in the State of Washington, all interest in the following described real estate, situated in the County of King State of Washington: that certain tract of land bounded and described as follows o to-wit Beginning at the.Northwest corner of Block 5 in :3EV*n*hI Ef- First Add- ition to the Town of Slaughter, as the same appears on the recorded plat thereof now of record in the County Auditor's Office in King County, Washington, in Volume 5 of Plats, at page 53, running thence easterly along the southerly marginal line of Madison Street, as the same appears in said plat, a distance of 600 feet, more or less, to the westerly marginal line of M Street N. E. (formerly named Charlotte Ave.) in the City of Auburn, as said M Street N. E. now exists, thence northerly along said westerly marginal line a distance of 70.4'f9e% thence westerly in a straight line a distance of 600 feet, more or less, to the Southwest corner of Block 2, as platted in said addition, thence south in straight line to the point and place of beginning; for use as a public street and highway and for such use only, and to become a part of 3rd Street N. E., in the City of Auburn; Also that certain tract of land bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Block 6 in French's First Addition to the Town of Slaughter, as the same appears on the recorded plat thereof now of record in the County Auditor's office in King County, Washington, in Volume 5 of Plats, at page 53, running thence westerly a distance of 60 feet, more or less, to the Northeast corner of Block 5 in said addition, thence southerly in a straight line a distance of 415 feet, more or lase, to the Northeast corner of Lot 18 in Block 8 of said addition, thence easterly 60 feet, more or less, to the North- west corner of Lot 10 in Block 7 of said addition, thence northerly in a straight line to the point and place of beginning; said last described tract for use as a public street and highway and for such use only, and to become a part of L Street N.
