in King County, Washington, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the North
line of said Lot 15 distant 206 feet westerly measured along said North line from the
northeast corner of said lot; thence westerly along said north line 165 feet; thence
south 115 feet; thence east to the westerly margin of County Road; thence northerly
and northeasterly along the northerly and northwesterly monument of said County road
to the point of beginning; EXCEPT that portion lying northerly of the south line of

ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, TO CORRECT THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION CONTAINED
THEREIN.
WHEREAS, the City Council, on February 3, 1969 enacted Ordinance No. 2321, which
Ordinance provided for the sale and conveyance of certain surplus real property owned
by the City to Willis R. Hall; and,
WHEREAS, the legal description contained in said Ordinance was incorrect and it is
now necessary to correct the same,
NUW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the legal description for the surplus real property conveyed by
the City of Auburn to Willis R. Hall and Joan C. Hall, his wife, pursuant to Ordinance
No. 2321 shall be corrected, so that, said legal description shall be as follows:
That portion of Gov't Lot 15, Sec. 18, Twp 21 N, R 5 E.W.M., in King
Co., Washington, desc. as follows: Beg. at a point on the N line of
said Lot 15 distance 206 ft. Wly measured alg said N line from the
NE corner of said Lot; th Wly alg said N line 165 ft; th S 115 ft.;
th E to the Wly margin of Co. (toad; th Nly and NEly alg the Nly and
NWly monument of said Co. Road to the POB; EX that portion lying Nly
of the S line of 6th St. N.E. and EX that portion lying Wly of the E
