TREMPER, as Treasurer of King County, State of Washington, party of the
.first part, and THE CITY OF AUBURN, State of Washington, a municipal
corporation, party of"the second part,
WITNESSETH: 'that•whereas the Board of County Commissioners of the.
County of King, State of Washington, after negotiation with represent-
atives of.the City of Auburn,, has, by unanimous action on April 25,
1919, authorized the conveyance of the following described real property
to the City of Auburn, pursuant to Chapter 238, Lauri of 1947 of the
State of 'Washington, and for and in consideration of the sum of
FORTY-NINE . AND 03/100 - - - - - -349-03) - - - - - - - - - - 'DOLLARS
lawful money of the United States of America, said sum being not less
than the principal amount of the unpaid taxes on said property, to me
in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, I have this
day sold to the City of Auburn,`a:,municipal corporation, the following.
described real estate and which "said real estate is the property.of
King County and which is particularly described as follows,.-to-wit:
Beginning on the South line of County Road-#523
690 feet South of North line and 442 feet East 6f
West line of Government Lot No. 15; thence South
164 feet; thence East 111 feet; thence North 161
feet to South line of said County Road; thence West
114 feet. along said County Road, to the point of .
beginning (1). Section 18, Township 21 North, Range
5 East, W. M.
. Now, therefore, know ye•that I. A. A. TREW PER, County Treasurer
of said County of King, State of Washington, inconsideration of•the
premises and by virtue of said Chapter 238, Laws of the. State of Wash-
ington, do hereby grant and convey to the City of Auburn, a municipal
corporation of the State of Washington, the said real estate•herein-
before described as fully and coinialetely as"the said party of the first-.
part can, by virtue of the premises, convey the same.

described real estate and which said real estate is the property of
King County and which is particularly described as follows, to--wit:

West line of Government Lot No. 15; thence South
164 feet; thence East 111 feet; thence North 164

Now, therefore, know ye that I, A. A. TREJPIR, County Treasurer
of said County of King, State of Washington, in consideration of the
premises and by virtue of said Chapter 238, Laws of the State of lash-
ington, do hereby grant and convey to the City of Auburn, a municipal
corporation of the State of Washington, the said real estate herein-
before described as fully and completely as the said party of. the first
part can, by virtue of the premises, convey the same.
