The GRANTORS, Pied Brooks, a widower, CZ14*,-1,V,7 j with
atLd Olivia Smith, his wife, and Herman Schultz and
Schultz, his wire, for the consideration of one ($1.00) dollar and
for and in consideration of the benefits which will accrue to gran-
tore as owners of the real estate bordering upon the real-estate here-
in conveyed by the widening of Second Street N.E. In the City..of Au-

burn and the grading and graveling of said street, convey and quit-
claim to the City of Auburn, a city of the third class, situate in the
County of King; State of Washington, all interest in the following
described real estate:
That.pertain tract of land bounded as.follows:
Beginning,at the.intersection of- the center
line of N Street N.E. ,(formerly.known as
Witt Street) with the north line of ,[Mitt's,

ume 21 of Plats, at page 21, Records of
King County, Washington, thence easterly
along the said north line of said Witt's
First Addition 330 feet, more or Tess ,..to.
the northeast corner of said addition, thence

tion produced northerly 10 feet, thence west-
erly on a line which is parallel with and 10
feet north of the north line of said addi-
tion, 330 feet, more or less, to the center

feet, more or less, to point of beginning;
