said point being 58.33 feet west of the west line of Carl
Nilson First Addition to Auburn, thence Eastiito the west line
of the said Carl Nilson First Addition, thence North 72.6 feet,
thence West parallel to the south line of aforesaid Northeast
Quarter (NE4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE4 58=.39 feet, thence
South to the point of beginning.
This deed is for street purposes, the City of Auburn to
pay the sure of $49.41 on the amount assessed to Grantors in
L.I.D. #103.
This deed to be e].1'ective only when similar deeds are

at no cost to the property owners on the West side of this
proposed street, being a continuation of "N" Street northeast.
