THE GRANTOR - RICHARD A. EIDAL and NADEANE L. EIDAL, husband and wife -
for and in consideration of - Benefits to the Grantors -
convey and quit claim to - CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation of the
ate of Washington -
the following described real estate, situated in the County of King
State of Washington including any interest therein which grantor may hereafter acquire :
That portion of Govt. Lot 9, Section 18, Township 21 North, Range
5 E., W.M. described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Govt. Lot 9; thence South
3°20''22" West along the West line of said Govt. Lot 9, a distance
of 661 feet, more or less, to a pipe marking the Northwest corner
of the South half of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter,
said Section 18; thence South 89°46'08" East 217.60 feet; thence
South 3°20'22" West 139.98 feet to the True Point of Beginning;
THENCE South 89°46'08" East 50 feet; thence North 54°27'10" East
51.31 feet; thence South 89°46'08" East 60 feet; thence South
29°13'52" West 91.47 feet; thence North 89°46'08" West 110 feet;
thence North 3°20'22" East 50.08 feet to the True Point of Begin-
ning.
