for and in consideration of $1.00 and other valuable consideration
in hand paid, conveys and warrants to DONALD T. ELLIS and BETA M. ELLIS, his wife,
the following described real estate, situated in the County of KING , State of
Washington:

That portion of government Lot 15, Section 18, Township 21 NCrth, Range
5 East, W.M., in King County, Washington, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the north line of said Lot 15 distant 206
feet westerly, measured along said north line from the northeast
corner of said lot; thence westerly along said north line, 165 feet;
thence south 115 feet thence east to the westerly margin of county
road; thence northerly and northeasterly along the northerly and north-
westerly margin of said county road to the place of beginning.

This deed is given in/4ulfillment of that certain real estate contract between the parties hereto, dated

through or under the purchaser in said contract, and shall not apply to any taxes, assessments or other charges
