in hand paid, conveys and warrants to City of Auburn, a Municipal Corporation
the following described real estate, situated in the County cif King State of
Washington:
A 50-fobt wide Right-of-Way being 25-feet on each side of the
following described Centerline.
COMMENCING at the North one-quarter corner of Section 18, Township
21 North, Range 5 East, W.M.; thence along the North Line of said Section,
North 860 08' East, 92.60 feet to the true point of beginning. Thence
South 00 52' East, 197.62 feet; thence through a curve to the left having
a Radius of 100.00 feet for an arc length of 162.32 feet; said arc
length having a Central Angle of 930 0' thence parallel to the North line
of said Section, North 860 08' East, 19.60 feet to the terminal point of
this described Centerline. Said terminal point located as follows:
Commencing at the North one-quarter corner of Section 18, Township 21
North, Range 5 East, W.M.; thence along the North line of said Section,
North 860 08' East, 117.60 feet; thence South 00 52' East 150.00 feet;
thence North 860 08' East, 100.00 feet; thence South 0°.'5115 East, 153.00
feet to the above said terminal point. Situate in the City of Auburn,
State of Washington.
