State of Washington including any interest therein which grantor may hereafter acquire:

That portion of Block "A" French's Addition to Town of Slaughter
as recorded in Volume 5, page 52 of plats, records of King County,
Washington, described as follows:
The south 10 feet of Lots 2, 3, 4, 5 and the south 10 feet of the
east 120 feet of Lot 6, Block "A" French's addition to Town of
Slaughter.
As Authorized by City of Auburn Resolution No. 559.
