Quit Claim Deed
James M. Corbin and Clara H. Corbin, his wife
for and in consideration of One dollar and nolloo's
convey and quit claim to City of Auburn, a municipal corporation
the following described real estate, situated in the County of King
State of Washington including any interest therein which grantor may hereafter acquire:
FOR STREET PURPOSES
That portion of Government Lots 9 and 10 in Section 18, Township 21 North,
Range 5 East W. M. described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the north line of government Lot 9 said point being
748 feet east of the NW corner of said government Lot 9; thence continuing
east along said north line 73 feet more or less to the meander line of the
abandoned River bed; thence southwesterly along a line bearing S 161 W to a
point 30 feet south of the North line of Government Lot 9 when measured at
right angles; thence West parallel with and 30 feet south of the north line
of Government Lot 9 to a point bearing S 9110' W from the point of beginning;
thence Northeasterly along the line bearing S 9°10' W from the point of be-
ginning to the true point of beginning, situate in the City of AUBURN, King
County, Washington. .
