DEED OF GIFT
THE GRANTORS, RICHARD A. EIDAL and NADEANE L. of the City
of Auburn, County of King, Washington, hereby irrevocably give,
assign, transfer, convey and quit-claim to the GRANTEE, the City
of Auburn, a Municipal Corporation, of the County of King,
