A street designated "L" Street S.E. - A right-of.-way 50 feet wide with 25 feet lying on each side of the following described centerline; said centerline beginning at the north line of 12th Street S.E. with a cen- terline approximately parallel to the centerline of "M" Street S.E. and approximately 158 feet west of said centerline of "M" Street S.E.; thence proceeding in a direction N 0° 12'35" west a distance of 853 feet to a point oftangency; thence on a radium of 308.67 feet through an angle of 22° a distance of 118.52 feet to a point of tangency, thence N 21°47'25" W a distance of 263.0 feet and a point of tangency, thence on a radius of 76.57 feet through an angle of 111011'45" to a point of tangency with 8th Street S.E. 2.
