KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the STATE OF WASHINGTON, for
and in accordance with that agreement of the parties entitled TB 1-0082, dated the 7th day of
March, 1994, and addendum dated the 7th day of March, 1994, hereby conveys and quitclaims
unto the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation in the State of Washington, all right, title,
and interest under the jurisdiction of the Department of Transportation, in and to the following
;n described real property situated in King County, State of Washington, with conditions as provided

All that part of 15th Street Southwest in the City of Auburn lying between
Highway Engineer's Station 18+30 and Highway Engineer's Station 21+50 on the
15th Street Southwest Line Survey, being 46 feet on each side of said survey line
as measured at right angles thereto. All in Section 23, Township 21 North, Range
4 East, W.M. shown hachured on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part
hereof.
The specific details concerning all of which may be found on sheet 3 of that certain plan
entitled SR 167, Auburn: 17th St. SW to S. 285th St., now of record and on file in the office of
g; the Secretary of Transportation at Olympia, Washington, bearing date of approval October 23,
1969; revised to May 20, 1994.
It is understood and agreed that the above referenced property is transferred for street
purposes only, and no other use shall be made of said property without obtaining prior written
approval of the grantor. Revenues resulting from any vacation, sale, or rental of this property, or
any portion thereof, shall be placed in the grantee's street fund and used exclusively for street
purposes, except that the grantee may deduct the documented direct costs of any such vacation,
sale, or rental.

It is also understood and agreed that the grantee, its successors or assigns, shall not revise
91 either the right of way lines or the access control without prior written approval from the grantor,

The deed is made subject to the covenants contained in the certain COVENANT recorded
May 18, 1994 under King County Auditor's file number 9405180524.
The Grantee accepts said deed subject to all matters of record, if any.
The grantee as part consideration herein does hereby agree to comply with all civil rights
and anti-discrimination requirements of RCW Chapter, 49.60, as to the lands herein described.
The lands herein described are not required for State highway purposes and are conveyed
pursuant to the provisions of RCW 47.12.080.
