THE GRANTOR , WELLS B. McCURDY, Trustee,
for and in consideration of Ten Dollars, and other consideration of value,
conveys and quit claims to CITY OF AUBURN, a Municipal Corporation of King
County, Washington,
the following described real estate, situated in the County of King State of Washington,
together with all after acquired title of the grantor(s) therein:
That portion of Sections 23 and 24, Township 21 North, Range 4
East, W.M., in King County, Washington, lying within a strip
of land 100 feet in width, the centerline of which is described
as follows:
Beginning at a point on the east line of the northwest 1/4
of said Section 24 which is north 0020112" east 810.96 feet from
the southeast corner thereof; thence south 87043'35'" west 658.67
feet to the east line of the west half of the east:,half of said
northwest 1/4; thence south 89051155" west parallel with the
south line of said northwest 1/4 1973.99 feet to the west line
of said northwest 1/4; thence westerly parallel with the south
line of the northeast 1/4 of said Section 23 to the easterly
margin of West Valley Road (Secondary State Highway No. 5-M),
and the terminus of said centerline;
EXCEPT that portion thereof in the northwest 1/4 of said
Section 24 lying easterly of the westerly margin of Puget Sound
Power & Light Company's transmission line right-of-way.
