of the northeast quarter Section 30, Township 21 North, Range
5 E.W.M., LESS the north 20 feet THEREOF, described as follows:

on a curve, centered on point C. radius of 45 feet a distance

west line of the tract, thence S 0003149" E 25.01 feet, more
or less to point of beginning.
This is a correction deed for instrument dated November 11, 1967 and
recorded under Auditor's File No. 6263884 and filed in Volume 5010, Page 665.
