STATUTORY WARRANTY DEED
THE GRANTOR Salisba Anne FITZSIMMONS, a.k.a. S. Anne FITZSIMMONS, Trustee of the
Exemption Equivalent Trust created by the will of Kenneth R. Fitzsimmons, deceased
for and in consideration of two hundred eighty-two dollars and no cents ($282.00)
in hand paid, conveys and warrants to the City of Auburn, a Municipal Corporation
the following described real estate, situated in the County of King, State of Washington:
That Portion of the North 120 feet of the South 480.2 of the east 363 feet of the James A. Lake Donation
Land Claim Nos. 38 and 41 - Together with the North 5 feet of the South 360.2 feet of the East 217.80
feet of said James A. Lake donation Land Claim Nos. 38 and 41; Together with the North 5.50 feet of
the West 57.6 feet of the East 275.4 feet of the South 360.2 feet of said James A. Lake Donation Land
Claim Nos. 38 and 41;
Except that portion thereof lyingg within State Road No. 5 (a.k.a. Auburn Wa North); Also, except that
portion dedicated to the City ofAuburn for street purposes recorded under King County recording
number 6310376;
Described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of the above described property, said point being the Northwest corner
of that certain dedication for street purposes recorded under King County recording number 6310376;
Thence Southerly 120 feet to the Southwest corner of said dedication recording number 6310376, being
the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence continuing Southerly 5 feet to the Northwest corner of that certain dedication for Right of Way

Northeast corner of said dedication recording number 8410220639; Thence Northerly 5 feet to the
