THE GRANTOR, City of Auburn, a municipal corporation
for and in consideration of clear title, no consideration - surplus land
conveys and quit claims to Carol J. Walker, as her separate estate
the following described real estate, situated in the County of King, State of Washington
including any interest therein which grantor may hereafter acquire:
The west 120 feet of that portion of the W. Brannon Donation Claim #37 situate in the north half
of Section 7, Township 21 North, Range 5 East, W.M., in King County, Washington, described
as follows:
